Concierge Services

The concierge service at the Villas, located in the main lobby, is available for all Villas guests. The concierges’ goal is to make your vacation here as hassle-free as possible. Let them assist you with dinner reservations, local transportation, even grocery shopping. They are happy to book reservations for you for any of the local activities. Stop by their desk any time, even if you just want recommendations on a good place to eat or where to go buy a bottle of wine. They are always delighted to help! Grocery Shopping

Upon your arrival your groceries will have been placed in your unit. A credit card will be requested during the concierge contact in order to charge the groceries directly. The grocery shopping service charge is $30 or 30% of the total shopping value, and will be charged to your unit. The grocery shopping list will be e-mailed to you.

Airport Transport
Arrivals: The Villas at Snowmass Club has a complimentary on-call airport pick-up service. Please call for a pick-up as soon as you arrive at the airport and your transport will arrive within 20 minutes.
A meet and greet service can be arranged for a fee of $45. Please indicate if you would like the meet and greet service:
